QUALITY
POLICY
In
support of our Mission Statement, the policy of Eurotech with
regards to quality is as follows:
To provide compliant, and on time delivery of goods and services
to all our customers and to directly empower employees throughout
the company in meeting this performance request.
Accomplishment
of Quality Policy
This policy shall be accomplished by the determination of
performance measurements throughout the company, including but not
limited to:
- On Time
Delivery of Assemblies
- Customer
Returns
- Internal
Non-conformance Levels
- Internal
Quality Systems Audits and Reports
T his
policy is achieved through the designation of process owners
who are responsible for ensuring that training and performance
measurements in their area of responsibility are effective in this
regard.
This policy is implemented through a formal review of these Quality
Performance Measurements at the Executive management level, and by
directing any Preventive and/or Corrective action through these
meetings.
This policy is accomplished through the open publication of our
Quality Performance reports, and use of these as a basis for
Continuous Improvement activities within Eurotech.
QUALITY
STATEMENT
We shall
ensure complete customer satisfaction by empowering all of our
employees to deliver the expected product on time, every time,
while conforming to our formally documented quality management
system.

is currently working towards gaining ISO 9000
accreditation
