General Conditions
A minimum
order value less than $35.00 (excluding GST) per invoice will be
subject to a minimum charge of $35.00 (Exclusive of additional
Freight Charges.)to cover Administrative costs.
Freight Charges
Our
nominated carrier will deliver all orders with a minimum Net
Invoice value of $1,000.00 Free Into Store Australia wide within
any Capital City Metropolitan area. For orders under $1,000.00
delivery will be at customers expense.
Trading Terms
All
customers applying for an account will be subject to terms and
conditions detailed in the “Credit Application Form”, which must be
completed by all customers wanting to trade with Eurotech on
account. All customers will be strictly net cash with
order.
Eurotech
reserves the right to approve or reject any application of credit.
Any overdue accounts will result in supply of goods being withheld
and any account exceeding 60 days may be suspended at Eurotech’s
discretion in accordance with the terms and of the Eurotech “Credit
Application Form”.
Returns and Claims
Eurotech
will not accept damaged or short supplied goods claims, unless a
written letter of detail is provided within three working days from
delivery of goods into your store.
Non
inventory goods manufactured to the specific requirements of the
customer can not be returned for credit.
Eurotech
reserves the right to refuse claims for goods returned for
credit.
Goods
returned must be done so with the prior written approval from
Eurotech. A copy of the Purchase Order and the Invoice must
accompany the goods being returned, along with a letter outlining
the reason for the return.
Rejection
of Chrome Plated products for cosmetic reasons will not be accepted
for credit if they have been fitted, used or damaged in any
way.
A
re-stocking charge of 20% will apply for goods correctly dispatched
which are returned for credit. |
