I believe that the challenge for every organisation is to build a feeling of openness of dependence on one another because the question is usually not how well each person works but how well they work together.  At Eurotech I have created an environment with this philosophy and believe everyone here portrays a positive image of our profession and Company.  I have a team of dedicated individuals who have made a commitment to work as one.
